What is God-centered Management and Administration?
My life changed because of the vision of “Christian Management” since 2002. In these years, Scripture reading has been the only way to satisfy my searching. Writing the dissertation was a journey to review the past twenty years of ministry experience and learning, step by step led by God to find his answer. Finishing the dissertation journey, my satisfaction came from not wronging his calling and his name. The name of dissertation is God-centered Management and Administration for Christian Ministerial Workers.
The God-centered principles are stewardship, spiritual gifts and spirituality. It provides the attitude, the ability and the original source God has granted in Creation in his mandate. This dissertation is for Christian ministerial worker who govern and execute the ministry of God’s Kingdom. It looks like theory but practical, seems far off reaching but able to apply. The key is to trust that God is the core and center. He entrusts people to rule over. It is to ad-minister in governing, but also it is a ministry of execution like preaching and teaching to deliver the good news through spiritual life and ministry life.
Postscript: A new discovery is found after the dissertation was completed. God shows me that God-centered management and administration is only for Christian ministerial workers, but also being the core concept for Christians at daily life and marketplace ministry.

My Prayer as NBCC started:
Our Almighty God! I rely on your grace and gift to open a new company and accept this great challenge. From my experience, my ability and my hard work, all cannot solve the difficult I am going to face and sustain this services and ministry. My master, my Lord, I need your grace and provision!
I ask earnestly to my Master to give me a servant heart that I do not show my ‘self-actualization or existence-value’ through any career-success, name and experience, nor use all these make an equivalency to the love of God in and towards me. God’s unconditional love helps me to quench away the illusion building my glory and success.
I solemnly ask my Heavenly Father make me like a little child that my daily living is dwelling in His love, in Holy Spirit, and is experiencing love and you.
As I live in work challenge and my weaknesses, let me stand firm in His truthfulness, look into His instantaneous provision, and make me more like Jesus Christ.
Last but not the least, I pray for a joyful, patience, praising heart that I am willing to commit facing any anxiety, doubtfulness, sufferings, lust, hardship, betrayal and wicked, because Your grace is sufficient for me. Not to escape, fear not, conquer and stand firm, so to act justly, have mercy and humble walking with my God (Micah 6:8), witness His Glory and His Kingdom. (Rom 5:3-4, 8:37). In Jesus Christ name I pray.
